Manual writing is the bane of many aviation organisations.  It takes vast energy and resource to produce the technical publications required by rule which are then able to be incorporated within your organisation.  At European Aviation Consultants we understand this issue.  This is why we make the following commitments when it comes to writing documents:

• We will meet or speak with you in order to understand exactly what your requirements are;
• We will provide you with the exact level of customization you require, from documents based on our generic examples through to fully customized developed around your own business requirements;
• We will liaise with you throughout the process to ensure the finished product is exactly what you want;
• We will remain respectful of the time it takes for you to speak with us, and will ensure our meetings and discussions are to the point;
• We will provide you with draft documents to review and a log for any further changes you would like us to make;
• We will make any last minute changes you would like before submission to the Authority for approval or acceptance;
• Should the Authority require any last minute corrections we will complete these on receipt of a statement of what is required.

Our manual writing process is subject to internal quality and compliance oversight in order assure the finished product is in compliance with all applicable requirements.
