Hereby follows the terms and conditions of the European Aviation Consultants OÜ Black Friday Sale.
Definitions
“Black Friday Sale” shall mean an offering of service provision by European Aviation Consultants at an indicated price for those services.
“Booking” shall mean the act by a client of confirming acceptance of a proposal provided by European Aviation Consultants, and committing to placing an order for such training and paying any associated training fees.
“Client” within the context of the Black Friday Sale terms and conditions shall mean any natural or legal person enquiring as regards, reserving, or purchasing training services from European Aviation Consultants within the timeframe of the Black Friday Sale and intending to receive such training services in the form of one or more courses during the eligible period of delivery.
“Course” shall mean any course of training advertised and made available by European Aviation Consultants on the training courses page of its website (URL)
“Eligible period of delivery” within the context of the Black Friday Sale terms and conditions shall mean any date between 1 January 2019 and 30 June 2019, during which a client may receive Scheduled Courses or In-company Courses, booked during the Black Friday Sale period, in order to be eligible for the discount provided for in the Black Friday Sale terms and conditions.
“European Aviation Consultants” shall mean European Aviation Consultants OÜ registered in Tallinn, Estonia, and its representatives when acting in its name.
“In-company Course” or “In-company Courses” shall mean one or more courses made available to delegates through a single corporate client or potentially group of clients acting together for a common goal of receiving the courses offered by European Aviation Consultants
“List price” shall mean the course prices offered by European Aviation Consultants on its website as of 22nd November 2018
“Proposal” in the context of the Black Friday Sale shall mean a formal written offering made by European Aviation Consultants to the client, for delivery of a training course or courses so requested by the client.
“Reservation” shall mean the act of instructing European Aviation Consultants of an intent to make a booking, and requesting capacity of a number of places on the associated courses
“Scheduled Course” or “Scheduled Courses” shall mean one or more courses made available to delegates by European Aviation Consultants, on a pre-determined date and at a predetermined location of European Aviation Consultants’ choosing.
Terms and Conditions
- The Black Friday Sale shall commence at 00:01 UTC on 23rd November 2018 and end at 23:59 on 30th November 2018
- A discount of 40% off the normally available list price of the courses shall be made available to the client upon European Aviation Consultants providing a formal proposal for the training courses requested.
- The applied discount shall be calculated on a per-delegate basis for scheduled courses and reflected as defined in point 2.
- The client shall make an enquiry for training courses during the Black Friday Sale period, by using the “enquire” button on the European Aviation Consultants website training courses page (https://european-aviation-consultants.com/courses/), and including the term “Black Friday” in the comments section of the enquiry form.
- Upon receipt of an enquiry as defined in point 4, European Aviation Consultants shall confirm the request with the client, and upon such confirmation of the training courses requested by the client, shall prepare a formal proposal for the training requested, within 14 days of the confirmation.
- The client is required to complete the formal proposal in acceptance of same, within a maximum of 14 days of the date of proposal.
- On the basis of the completed and accepted proposal as defined in point 6, an invoice shall be produced by European Aviation Consultants and forwarded to the client. Payment of said invoice must be received within 14 days of invoice date by wire transfer (unless otherwise agreed with European Aviation Consultants).
- The client shall be responsible for any bank transfer fees arising from the transaction mentioned in point 7.
- Failure of the client to pay the invoiced sum in full within the 14 day period mentioned in point 7 shall result in the client being liable for the full non-discounted price of the courses booked.
- These terms and conditions are in addition to any other terms and conditions as published by European Aviation Consultants in respect of delivery of its training services and courses, and not otherwise contradicting these terms and conditions.
- In the case of contradictions between any agreement made between the client and European Aviation Consultants, it is European Aviation Consultants who shall determine the terms and conditions that take precedence.
- European Aviation Consultants reserves the right to change, limit, suspend or revoke the Black Friday Sale and its terms and conditions without notice.
- The Black Friday Sale may not be used in conjunction with any other concessionary offers made by European Aviation Consultants to the client.
